Strong Encryption Provider (256-bits)
The Strong Encryption Provider (hereafter referred to as "Software") which you are about to download contains sophisticated encryption technology that is subject to the United States export laws and regulations. THE EXPORT OR RE-EXPORT OF THIS SOFTWARE IS PROHIBITED EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY AUTHORIZED UNDER THE Export Administration Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder (collectively referred to as "EAA").
The Software may only be downloaded by US and Canadian citizens, and permanent resident aliens and Canadian landed immigrants ("Authorized Person[s]") for use in the US and Canada only. By selecting the I Agree option below and answering the required questions you acknowledge that you are an Authorized Person and have read and understood the download restrictions and export prohibitions, and agree not to export or re-export the Software.
Once you click on the Submit button, you will be able to download the Software. By selecting the I Disagree option you will not be able to download the Software.
EAA permits Authorized Persons to export encryption software on a laptop computer, on a temporary basis, subject to certain terms, conditions and limitations. In exporting the Software under this "laptop exception" for temporary travel abroad, it is your responsibility to assure that you comply with the EAA.
