Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any products and services for which we offer a 30-day trial period, unless your payment was processed within your trial period, in which case you may cancel your order before the completion of your trial to receive a full refund of the purchase price.
For all other products and services, a refund will be provided to customers who upgrade their service to a higher service level. In such a case, the unused portion of the existing service will be applied as a discount to the upgrade service.
